I hate the Cubs. I really hate the Cubs: their fans, their logo, their field...everything. I know not all Sox fans feel this passionately about the Other team, but for those of you who feel the same way I do, is it time to feel sorry for them?
With us winning the World Series, and them with Prior and Wood starting the season on the D.L., (and me moving to Colorado this past year so I don't run into as many of their fans), they have been pretty non-existant to me. But this (D.Lee out at least 6 weeks, if you didn't know) has to be the biggest kick in the nuts.
I'm not quite sure how I should feel about them and their fans anymore. They just seem like the saddest sack of losers I have ever met.
When the Bartman incident occured I almost got the crap kicked out of me because I was so overcome with joy. But that joy from their pain has withered away. I think I just feel sorry for them?
How do you all feel? Do you not care? Have things changed? Stayed the same? Still think Wrigley is the world's largest toilet?
