Sox announce 2007 schedule

Sox tentative 2007 schedule:

Open? Cleveland and then Minnesota at the Cell
Close? Kansas City and then Detroit at the Cell
Interleague? Houston and Florida at the Cell, Philly and Pittsburgh away

Good thing we are playing so good at the Oakland Coliseum. We have 6 games there.

Too bad...
I was hoping Philly was coming to Cell so we could cheer Aaron Rowand one more time.

And I completely off on this?
Or does it always break down 6 in Oakland / 3 in Chicago when we play the A's 9 times in a season?

I looked it up
This would be 4 straight years with that breakdown.  The Sox had the 6/3 home advantage in 2003.

Prelim shedule is a joke
Check out the two game series at the start of the year.

Check out the 7 home games against the Yankees in May and June.

Check out the 18 straight games after the all star break.

Sox better hope this is a joke.

The bidding starts at 12 p.m. Wednesday at Daley Center. Money raised goes to help the Chicago Anti-hunger Federation and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
