In all actuality...

I’m pretty impressed with how this team performed this year. I came in with no hope for this season, and I now think this team can contend at least for next year, if Ramirez and Quentin don’t fall off the table.

It’s also nice that the team had what appears to be their first decent draft in a long time this year.

In a game against the Rays that was a rescheduled affair from May 26, the White Sox offense showed up late — but not too late. A.J. Pierzynski, Jermaine Dye and Juan Uribe hit back-to-back-to-back shots to begin a four-home run seventh inning, with Josh Fields adding two-run homer to put Chicago ahead against the Rays.
