The new 125-acre facility is located at the corner of Camelback Road and 107th Avenue, about 1 1/2 miles from the sports complex where the football stadium and hockey arena reside.
The Glendale park will hold 10,000 seats and room for about 3,000 fans on the outfield lawn. The facility will include more than 118,000 square feet of major and minor league clubhouse space, four major league practice fields, eight minor league practice fields and two practice infields.
