I was trying to figure out
stone in sox tv booth, presumably
So there still going through with the TV too?
Just in time too. Hawk and DJ are bad enough when we're winning, but they were unbearable last year. If we're gonna have bad teams, give us some good announcers at least.
well, that remains to be seen
If they're having trouble selling the radio
i dunno
I'm not sure larry solicited our

Well, if that's the case
Unless...KW was so disenchanted with the state of our minor league player development that he decided to clean out the stables and start over from scratch. Seeing how ill-prepared our minor leaguers are for mlb, that would explain a lot of things.
you need to keep in mind
If that's the main motivation
i didn't say that was their main motivation
and, yes, i think they should be worried, too. but remember that a lot of these guys are 75+. ;)
to clarify
Burdensome contracts
I see your point, but the front office logic escapes me. These are the kinds of financial decisions my 75yr old father makes, I've got to watch him like a hawk too.

Or Pods from the Rangers?
Always with the trump card, larry
We need Erstad,
I'll say you are
Plus, the one of the initial risks was that they'd pissed off the fandom by castrating the farm (animals) - I do believe many folks were initially PO'ed and talking about cashing in tickets. Is Swish a draw, to the extent he now is the difference in whether or not you buy a ticket? Maybe later, after he assumes the Rowand mantle, but now?
Contreras
Jose. Check.
Owens
You get the impression the OFers are picking flowers when he's up.
Yeah, but do they know he's fast?
Are the pitch counts for gameday accurate?
So what was up with the...
Nope it was home.
wild pitch
Owens may have been stealing second at the time.
Thx
Konerko doubles in a run
This "bullpen"

Oops, not here.
Silver lining -
Just workin' out the kinks, bally. Stay positive. Like on SLV and GLD.

Random Question... Stat Heads Reply:
Thoughts...
- Crede needs to show some more with the bat. And stop committing errors, dammit.
- Anderson is once again showing he can play in Arizona. Perhaps we can trade him to the D-Backs for Miguel Montero or Wes Roemer and Max Scherzer. Wishful thinking, maybe.
- Konerko is swinging the bat really well. Hopefully he can keep it up all year long, or at least until the AS break, when he can get flipped if the Sox aren't contending.

So, the brain trust at ESPN
No wonder Chris Berman is still employed.
Boo ya!
BACK, BACK, BACK, BACK, BACK...
I can't believe Singleton somehow got a promotion but I'm glad he's gone. Man, he sucked...

I suppose someone had to play receiver this year.
I'd like to think they're not done signing receivers yet, but with Walker getting signed by Oakland tonight the Bears clearly had to make a move or risk being left behind completely.
Look for them to take a receiver on the first day, second round would be my guess.
