Here he is, the man you've been waiting for, Erstad the Punter. Some fanboy put this up on youtube, highlights of Erstad punting his heart out for the Huskers during the Orange Bowl.
But wait, there's more - did you know HE ALSO KICKS OFF?!?! I kid you not. WTF Hawk, you never told me he kicked off.
Not only that, he TACKLES. Starting at 1:35 he kicks off and tries to get in on the tackle, and a blocker just absolutely obliterates him - it's cleverly edited to cut out the part where he falls backwards on his ass.

He actually got off some excellent kicks
especially the 1st 2.
Why did I always think it was the "Cornshuckers"? Or is that "Cornhuskers" a typo?
Skanberg, if I wanted to hear your opinion, I would have brainwashed you by now-

I gotta hand it to him - he fascinates me
He had that directional kicking down pat, he was pinning them down on everything with no returns. He's gotta work on that tackling though.

The video is a little sad in the middle when the fight song stops and it's just punting over silence.
He really was a good kicker though...

wow
I just rewatched that thing carefully - got to give him some respect. 6 punts, every single one of them downed inside the 20 with zero return yards and nary a touchback. Looks like 5 kickoffs, three went for touchbacks and 2 returned to about the 20 and one resulted in a forced fumble. That's a huge field position advantage he gave his team. This is all in a huge pressure game too, for the national championship. This guy could have been an NFL punter.
