that is not a scary lineup.
not saying they won’t beat ours. just saying I’m not afeared of it.
dude, that was totally not swish you saw on rush street last night. swish was at home playing xbox.
Quinlan kills Buehrle
otherwise that would be a ridiculously weak infield… I couldn’t even pick Brown or Rodriguez out of a lineup

I guess Q didn't want to come home with his throws...
He must be a little unsure how to deal with all the mancrushery they would bring.
Both throws were way up the line.
Must be thinking about hitting.

I would rather have Uribe back at short and Iguchi,
no matter how grindy/tough OC is…
Do they have a heater in the dugout?
Pitching and defense.
mark can only get outs when he doesn't have the lead
apparently?
dude, that was totally not swish you saw on rush street last night. swish was at home playing xbox.
Ball in the dirt, 5 bounces to paulie
“As Cabrera did that intentionally,” says DJ. And they were all over Uribe for bobbling both DP balls while going easy on OC’s misplay. How about just covering for both or admitting they both suck instead of playing the marketing game.
defense, fundamentals and hitting is really, really bad this year.
Crede and OC’s defense is bad already
OC I have no argument, but Crede? He had the throwsies the first couple weeks but since then he’s been rock solid.
Agree on Crede.
Even OC had been much better the last few week—hopefully today is just a case of showing off for the ex-girlfriend.
do you mean to say that he's not going to play well the rest of the year?

it's one minus batter's BABIP, right?

pretty much
errors screw up the equation though—but since they’re not crediting them in Anaheim tonight it makes no difference
AIM: SouthSideCheat
how do errors screw it up?
dude, that was totally not swish you saw on rush street last night. swish was at home playing xbox.
defensive efficiecy is literally balls in play converted into outs
while BABIP is balls in play credited as hits
What’s the difference between reaching on a single or an error? not much, but enough to make the numbers not 1-the other related..

predicted the blood-letting to my buddy each time the defense sputtered behind buehrle. it was hilarious that the angels put on a clinic in situational hitting after OC whiffed on his bases-loaded possible game-breaker at-bat. i would have loved AJ coming up big in the 9th (he still gets booed ridonkulously every at-bat out here, consider the grudge held), but it didn’t happen.
