Q!
The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.

Trooper, I wholeheartedly agree -
in order to properly describe it, “fucking” HAS to be in the sentence.
I took the "under".
I knew we were going to take the lead… I just thought it would be an inning later.
I forgot to take into account the Toby effect.
yeah, I thought 9th too
but didn’t have any worries about the pitching giving up another run, so it was just a matter of time.
Was wondering why it was so quiet
I was in the wrong gamethread. It all looks the same at the bottom.

So you're not robbed of a gem.
Q: What’s the difference between CQ and Jesus?
A: CQ doesn’t mind being tested.

Toby and Stanford.
My mind just can’t seem to make that happen ; )
Pitching and defense.
Don't ya just hate it when that happens?
I once went to class with my toby on top and my Q! on my head. Really embarassing.
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
would be sweet
to see thome go deep

Why is Ozuna in there?
He’s not a defensive upgrade.
Ramirez was pinch-hit for
And Uribe’s got the hamstring issue.

Travis Hafner - soon to be starring in the made-for-TV
version of “Thinner”, the story of a man who’s batting average slowly disappears into thin air.
I took the "under".
Reminder of the rules - sorry
how does big boy not get credited for the save??

All this with Konerko/Thome/Swisher batting .210
And Ramirrez and Cabrera not really scalding the ball either
I can see AJ and JD regressing downward a little
Crede and Q staying where they’re at, but assuming Thome, Swish, and PK come back in a big way, our offense will either maintain or mildly exceed its current output.

Bud Selig....
is holding a press conference tomorrow to announce that all current ALL-STAR ballots are immediately deemed invalid, and to be replaced with Q ones starting Monday.
Derrick Rose was quickly becoming my new mancrush
But Q showed me the error of my ways.
Rusty Longley v 2.0
What a nice feeling
To check the box score, see the Sox beat the Indians and say “Hell yea I knew we were going to beat those bastards from Ohio.”
Con-fi-dence? Quite a novel concept for a Bulls/Sox fan of the past year.

Overheard during the Reds-Padres game.

Just got home from the game.
WTF do we live in Chicago for? The wind chill was about 12*!
Haven’t read anything yet, so not sure if it’s been posted before, but tonight was the 837th consecutive complete gave for the Sox starters.
Very impressive.
Pitching and defense.
Was there too
And the 8th/9th made sitting in the cold near the Brewers fans worth while. Although they seemed to have bailed after no one around them wanted to help them start the wave…
They'll need it
The Angels will be throwing some good pitching at them this weekend.
Then again, the Angels will have to contend with the “Q Factor.”
If anyone would like to join me for a cold frosty at the beer stand near Sec. 103 on Sunday (behind the visitor’s bullpen), give me a shout. I’m fairly coherent through the 4th inning or so.
"We're gonna bring it all day, everyday...we're gonna keep grinding it out." - Nick Swisher (4/1/08)
Imagine, This Team Could Be
29-18 with the Opening Day loss and Bobby’s Baltimore blown save in Baltimore with a 2-run lead w/ 2 strikes & in Chicago that later got suspended. To think this team was left for dry on May 6th after an 0-6 roadtrip to drop 2 games under .500. What a great sport America’s Favorite Pastime is.
I was at the game tonight...
I tried to get some pictures of Q!, but every picture I tried to get of him there was a strange shining blob around his head. Also I faintly heard trumpets.
Truly, this Q! is someone special.
"Walkie, you're doing a heck of a job."
I can't believe
they’re not selling Quentin shirts at the shops outside the park yet. How long does it take to get them printed up?
they’re gonna have Q! tee shirts this weekend according to the nice lady in the centerfield shop.
"Walkie, you're doing a heck of a job."
This is SSS.
We use the bold title line.
Pitching and defense.
I only use it when i have something important to say. Bold is the new CAPS.
"Walkie, you're doing a heck of a job."

Perhaps.
Well. not really. Sometimes truth speaks in whispers.
I’ll do some photoshops as penance or something.
"Walkie, you're doing a heck of a job."
Respect your fucking elders.
Pitching and defense.
So you're saying I have to post in bold so your old eyes can see it?
"Walkie, you're doing a heck of a job."
Like I said,
respect your fucking elders.
Pitching and defense.
Was really nice to see a White Sox hitter with a lucid plan
and actually execute it flawlessly each at-bat

Quick learner, I'll give you that.
Pitching and defense.
They have so many
Owens’ jerseys on the shelf, the souvenir guys are hoping Q! gets sent down and Owens gets promoted.
See, the # of jerseys in stock are the main determinant of someone stating in the bigs.
Beancounters run the show.
Pitching and defense.
sox faced the minimum amount of cleveland batters this evening
dominating pitching and defense, and some ‘luck’.
