1-2-3 for Jose

The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.

2 Flies, 1 line drive.

Jose needs to get the ball down.

Pitching, defense and health.

by ballyb on May 25, 2008 7:14 PM CDT up reply actions

that pitch was too much a strike to be worthy of an aj swing.

He swung at a lot of balls, yes. The pitch was still out of the zone.

gamecast showed it as strike really wasnt as close as seeing it live the first time

that's a nice stat

but i’m not that concerned with how he does when he comes up with a runner on first and two outs. before the 1st inning ab, he was hitting .310/.420/.548/.948 with risp.

In addition to a Sox win tonight....

I want to hear after the game (or tomorrow AM is fine too) that Fields is on his way up and either Konerko is headed to DL or Wise is sent down.

I know Josh has only had 4 days worth of Abs since returning from injury….but he’s got 3HRS (another tonight) and can’t be any worse than what Thome/Konerko are currently contributing.

PLEASE KW!

One is to make the batter flinch. Another one is because he has an armpit rash, and throwing overhand stretches the skin and irritates it.
