Any stats on Dotel with runners on vs not?
I hardly remember him with the bases empty except to give up a leadoff baserunner, but on fire with runners on.

Easier to find than I thought:
Yeah, that doesn’t seem so bad. What I think i was noticing is the .871 when starting an inning.

I'm pretty sure I had a string of posts rabout how disappointing the bullpen was
It’s just possible that I overreacted.
Although I also had a series of posts in which I opined the Twins would be good this year, and I think I’ll be right about that.

Danks now 6th in the AL in ERA
Sort of surpassing my expectations.

once he isn't on such a strict pitch count and he gets a teensy bit more economical with his pitches,
then really watch out.

8 K / 1 BB for danks!
The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.

Gotta do something about these stolen bases.
I hope AJ picks up Cabrera by the neck, lifts him 8” to eye level and says “Listen Senor, I don’t like all these stolen bases charged against ME. I’m SELFISH. So hold the fucking runners at 2nd better. OK,...........OK.”
Pitching, defense and health.

from cowley's twitters
Rick Springfield just sang the 7th inning stretch and Sox PR guy Pat O’Connell is acting like a school girl. I’m worried about him.
... and somewhere out there Lou Hernandez and Rick Hahn are laughing at him.
Let’s not forget the Orlando Cabrera quote of the day: ” .” Thanks Cabby, good one today.
Reliever Octavio Dotel threw a cup of water on the Rays mascot and now the two are in a water war. Can’t we just all get along?

baldelli
Rays OF Rocco Baldelli (mitochondrial disorder), who has only played in 127 games over the past four seasons because of an assortment of injuries, went 1-for-5 as the designated hitter in an extended spring training game—his first game action since going on the 60-day DL on March 28.http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=200328
