Ozzie Guillen shrugged his shoulders
Manager Ozzie Guillen shrugged his shoulders Saturday night after watching the latest shortcomings of the White Sox's offense.
"If one guy was struggling, then we can make some changes," Guillen said after the Sox were held to four hits by Scott Kazmir and five relievers in a 2-0 loss to Tampa Bay before a rare sellout crowd of 36,048 at Tropicana Field.
"But when everyone else does the same stuff, you really can't do too much. You just make up the lineup and hope those guys come out of it one day. They continue to struggle. We try to find a way how, and make different changes here and there, but they're not doing what they're supposed to do."
...
"It's a lot of stress for me and the hitting coach more than the pitchers," Guillen said calmly. "It drives Greg Walker crazy, also myself. I hate that because I'm the one who has to talk for them. I'm the one who has to say something about them not hitting. I come with the same answers every day.
"How many different answers am I going to give you guys and the fans? We're still waiting. It's hard to keep waiting. … We're not going to get those guys out of here. We're going to keep working hard, and maybe one day they hit the way they can." ...

walker isn't satisfied...
’’We’re not satisfied at all,’’ Walker said Saturday. ’’And when you look at it, our three best offensive players that we expected the most from with Jimmy, Paulie and Swisher are really struggling. We counted on them to be our three best guys.’‘http://www.southtownstar.com/sports/981529,060108sptsoxntbk.article
The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.

Maybe Walker should resign...
and I don’t mean “re-sign”.

btw, what's a faux-hawk?
And on Saturday, he unveiled his third different haircut of the season – a sort of faux-hawk. Swisher is searching, and he isn’t even sure where to look.

Basically, a gay-ass haircut that isn't going to help his roidless body hit homeruns.
