'Cell' ranked high in Home Run Park Factor (as expected)
The statistic used to measure a park's propensity for home runs is called, 'Home Run Park Factor'.
Park Factor compares the rate of stats at home vs. the rate of stats on the road. A rate higher than 1.000 favors the hitter. Below 1.000 favors the pitcher.
The calculation: PF = ((homeRS + homeRA)/(homeG)) / ((roadRS + roadRA)/(roadG))
I sorted only the HRPF on ESPN from 2001-2008. Below you will find the top 10 home run hitting ballparks for each year. Ballparks ranked one is the homer friendliest ballpark for that year.
Note that US. Cellular Field was rated during such time period as 6, 10, 3, 1, 1, 2, 4, 2.
The only other stadium ranked in top ten for each of those years is Coors Field in Colorado, which I highlited as well. Note that Coors has ranked below 'The Cell' from 2004-present.

In addition, there is a more in-depth article from Hardball Times in case you really wanted to get into the calculation.
