God I hope I didn't overcook these hardboiled eggs.
Another series, another lackluster effort by the White Sox. Once again we found a way to lose a very winnable series. I realize that the Cubs have been world-beaters at home so I am not as disappointed as I normally would be. For some reason I have very strong feeling that we will sweep at Cell much like they did at Wrigley. First things first, the Sox need to shut their mouths with all this Cub bashing bullshit and prove to us that they deserve to be on the same field as the Cubs. My biggest reason for optimism (besides the fact I am going to the game on Saturday) is that the Cubs are really banged up. Another reason is, the Cubs are egg-beaters away from Wrigley. This is where us fans can help, how about we fill the stadium with OUR fans and NOT let them take over the Cell like they have in the past. Just a thought. Lastly, we are playing the hapless Dodgers who we should have no problems taking care of, which hopefully should propel us into the next showdown and give the Sox confidence for our next road series. The Sox have showed they can run off 6-9 game winning streaks, so here's to the perfectly cooked hard boiled egg. Enjoy.

I would be careful predicting any kind of winning streak. Remember we will be playing against the dodgers by the NL rules and already missing Konerko. With runs so hard come by at times, that’s a big loss. Plus its a west coast trip and besides a decent performance this year we usually suck at those. I will be happy if we take 2 out of 3 there.
I will stay quiet about the cubs too. Last year I got a “privilege” to witness them sweeping us at home. If anything, Cubs are playing even better baseball now than they were last year. And we are hot and cold.

Believe it or not, there is an art to cooking eggs in the shell. Find out how to cook them perfectly to your tastes without that gray-green tinge. Remember, hard-boiled eggs is a misnomer as they should not be boiled for any length of time.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 25 minutes
Here’s How:
Place eggs in single layer in saucepan.
Cover with at least one inch of cold water over tops of shells.
Cover pot with lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
As soon as the water comes to a full boil, remove from heat and let stand.
Large soft-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 1 to 4 minutes, depending on your tastes.
Large hard-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 15 to 17 minutes.
When cooked to desired level, drain off hot water.
Immediately cover with cold water and add a few ice cubes.
Soft-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until cool enough to handle. Serve.
Hard-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until completely cooled. Use as needed.
When she farts, a little rainbow comes out...

I did all that, minus covering them
during the boiling process, If anything they may have been undercooked after that deuce I dropped after I ate them. The shell broke off quite easily but the insides were a little more orange than yellow. They tasted great… It’s funny Burb, I have been eating over cooked eggs my whole life evident by the green film over the yoke and rubbery whites. I could not believe how delicious they were and what I’ve been missing my whole life.

Hint to peeling the shell
run cooked egg under cold water as you’re peeling the shell off, if done gently you can get large pieces off at a time.

LOL!
The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.

EXAMPLE =
I will gladly search your name poon… It wont take very long to find how many times you have been wrong. I think overall… All of you have been wrong about this team since last summer when every single one of you wanted to break this team up. When I said Gavin Floyd could be an ace… you laughed… when I predicted us to win the central… you laughed some more. Now I am laughing at all you snobs and the biggest tool of all, toonder.

I would be perfectly fine with this if you were laughing all the way to the bank
but I fear that it is just some sort of exercise in pride for you.
Make some money for yourself, Nostradamus! Go forth to Vegas and predict away!
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
