Looks like a mismatch on paper
A sweep would be very satisfying. All the elite teams in the AL seem to be picking up their games against the shitty teams, Sox need to continue the same.

yesterday's game looked like a mismatch as well
but in reverse, as does today’s min-oak game, and hopefully that game will turn out like yesterday’s game for us and the sox game today will not turn out that way, you know, not not in reverse.

Like in 2003, where they went 5-4 against the White Sox and 1-8 against the Twins. That’s four games in the standings. Guess how many games the Twins won the division by?

I don't believe in that kind of thing very much
But it couldn’t have hurt. One thing that the Griffey trade was supposed to do at OPTIMAL BEST was provide a powerful LHP to rest Kong and Dye and Thome with.
Today is OPTIMAL BEST, hopefully this continues going forward.
