White Sox center fielder Dewayne Wise suffered a strain of the right adductor muscle and will be re-evaluated before Friday night’s game against Tampa Bay.
Wise suffered the injury while making a diving catch of Bryan LaHair’s drive to end the top of the fourth inning and limped off the field. Former White Sox left fielder Scott Podsednik suffered an injury in the same area, but the extent of Wise’s injury wasn’t known yet.

Twins activated second baseman Alexi Casilla from the 15-day disabled list.
Casilla missed less than a month with a thumb injury that the Twins initially feared would knock him out of the entire season. He’ll resume starting at second base and hitting second in the lineup, making him an asset in AL-only leagues again. With Casilla back in the mix, the Twins figure to give Nick Punto plenty of action at shortstop, leaving Brendan Harris to platoon at third base and Adam Everett to sit on the bench.
