No, the Sox aren’t better than any of the three teams listed above (when healthy), and that 15-20 record is — although a relatively small sample size — most likely an indictment of that. I don’t see what’s so terrible about that record, though — playing at about a .430 winning percentage against three of baseball’s top five teams isn’t anything to be ashamed of.
