this site is thick with sarcasm, but not everyone is cynical and there are a lot of jokes about cynicism that probably go over the heads of most casual observers. the addition of “clearly” to a cynical / outrageous comment is a sign that someone is joking, although it is periodically omitted.

You should see Denver

The appalling for a city nominally in the southwest. The smother everything in this disgusting green pork chile sauce — not ideal if you don’t eat meat (I’m in that boat). So I’m stuck eating bland-ass cheese enchiladas without any sauce. MAYBE table salsa if I’m lucky. The tortillas are universally mediocre, and I swear that some places don’t even know what corn tortillas are.

I’ve been here 15 months and I can honestly say that I haven’t had Mexican food that even approaches Pancho Pistola’s on 31st — and it’s not like Pancho’s is the pinnacle of Mexican cuisine.

yes, yes it does. it’s having the option of not getting hawk. though i will say i have noticed most of the sox feeds have been 16:9 whereas many of their opponents have been 4:3, so i may be watching more of the sox feeds yet.
