This is an old team, injuries have caught up with them. This is painful, but I don’t see how they could have done much damage in the playoffs.

but it’s really, really tough in this year’s AL. Whoever makes it out will have earned it. Hard to see where we get the wins in our current condition, but it’s sure better to get there and take your lumps than watching fucking Punto and Gomez in October.

Basically just not having the time to keep up, IMO you shouldn’t stick your neck out and comment if you’re not going to hang around for the full thrust and parry – and around here that’s a full time job. But when I do bother to get past your recaps and read comments it’ seems like it’s dominated by SSH vomiting all over the page and WU calling people fags. I guess you tune it out over time if you read constantly. If you stop in occasionally it’s very annoying, these guys need new material.

Will be interesting
If they don’t have an almost full house, it will be interesting to hear if a lot is made about people not supporting the team when they need it.
That being said, they have generally been playing like crap over the last part of the season. And watching some of them play like they were walking dead in the dome, don’t know if I would hold it against someone who decided not to go.
And if you don’t want to go, I’ll take your tickets.
