I would offer it to Dotel.
the worst that happens is he returns to the pen which probably needs him anyway.

you wouldn't offer dotel arb even with linebrink?
i just don’t see how it makes sense not to. dotel was pretty decent last year and if he goes elsewhere you get the picks. if he stays you can knock linebrink down another notch.
