In Major League Baseball, the Brewers (www.twitter.com/Brewers) have not discovered the tonic of the tweet. They have 692 followers, the fourth-lowest total in baseball. They are not super songbirds either. Their 215 tweets are tied with the Chicago White Sox for the fifth-lowest total.

The Philadelphia Phillies lead all of baseball with 464,525 followers, which places them far ahead of the second-place New York Yankees, who have 162,050 followers.

People who tweet are about as cool as the fans in Philadelphia

The mania is still runnin' wild and the madness still flows through the veins.

@philadelphiaphillies WATCHING ALF REMEMBER ALF LOL!!!!

I’m a pretty active Twitter guy, and I find most “official” Twitter pages to be useless. Nothing but links to ads and stuff that’s available on the official website. Gotta open up the curtain.

That’s why the Ozzie Jr/Joey Cora twitter fight was pretty good. Some trash talking, and tons of inside info.

Tweets and accounts were deleted

But IIRC, it was about a pop-up that dropped between Pods, Quentin and Ramirez. Ozzie Jr. was blaming Alexei for not going after it, Cora was defending his infielder.
