I just saw this as a recommended on Amazon as I was ordering my BP 2009. Anyone read it? What's the format, and how has his projections fared in the past?

I do fantasy baseball and take it pretty seriously.

Amazon had some pretty high marks from the consumers. Would I just be buying another BP, essentially? I've bought the Bill James books in the past, but they are not really interesting reads and mostly just filled with past stats.

yes, it is excellent. general format is blurbs on each player with a projection. also provides the order in which you should draft players based upon type of league and so on.

better than bill james by far. probably equally as good as BP.

Either way, yeppers. I am getting back into baseball mode now. I doubt my posting will ever be what it used to be a year and a half ago under the old format, but I am getting more adjusted to this one.
