White Sox Spring Training Article Mad Lib
GLENDALE, Ariz. — It was a small moment, but [insert player name here] remembers it well. For [player's last name], it summed up the whole season.
In a [date] game against [opposing team], [player] [threw a pitch/made a play/got a hit/tore a muscle]. It ultimately never affected the outcome of the game, but for [player name], it certainly affected the rest of the year.
"It really put things in perspective for me," [player] said. "I learned a lot about this team, and about the game, and about myself. I feel like I have a lot of expectations to live up to, not just for myself, but for my team and my teammates."

So, if I am reading the two options correctly . . .
we can either a) keep dye or b) trade dye . . . is that you Phil Rogers?

It was a small moment, but Anderson remembers it well. For him, it summed up the whole season.
In a game on the day he celebrated his 27th birthday, against the Tigers, Anderson tore his groin muscle. It ultimately never affected the outcome of the game, but for Anderson, it certainly affected the rest of the year.
“It really put things in perspective for me,” Anderson said. “I learned a lot about this team, and about the game, and about myself. I feel like I have a lot of expectations to live up to, not just for myself, but for the honies.”

Vegas teen Bryce Harper has big future ahead
A last-place finish—that is, 30th out of 30—might never be as sweet as it will be next season. That’s because the 2010 season determines the order for the 2011 draft, and that draft will include the Tiger Woods of baseball—Bryce Harper, currently a sophomore catcher at Las Vegas High School.
Harper is 15 but has been on the radar of scouts for at least three years, maybe longer.
He was only a 6th-grader when he showed up for his first national showcase, playing against players who were high school freshmen and sophomores.
He homered twice in one game and showed solid skills behind the plate. According to Perfect Game, which runs those showcases, he has just continued “getting better and better.”
He stands 6 feet 3 inches, weighs 205 pounds and has a quick, pure swing from the left side to go with one of the best arms in the country, pitchers included.
He recently used a metal bat to hit a 502-foot home run at Tropicana Field in a home run derby for top prospects. …

The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.
I can't imagine...
what his bonus demands are going to be
"God knows I gave my best in baseball at all times and no man on earth can truthfully judge me otherwise."

Especially considering...
That if he doesn’t get what he wants, he can go to college.
If he’s as good as advertised, he’ll drop in the draft due to signability concerns.

Dude could flamout big time. If he's teh Tiger Woods of baseball he'd quit HS
and go play in the minors. Enroll in an academy or something like top tennis/golfers do.
dude, you obviously havent seen the video
the kids the real deal:
baseball analysts write up last month
watch the video, you might want to fast forward to the second half where he is hitting at the Trop.
"...and Ms. Boston just walked by in a red/yellow sweater."
"Theres a lot of Ms Bostons at Fenway tonight."
"Well, maybe shes Miss greater Boston, shes about an eleven and a half."

I don't care...
if he’s the tiger woods of baseball than pay him his money down
