Anderson is a lock
Good news for Brian Anderson. Even if he doesn't win the starting job in center field, it sounds like he's at least locked in to being the fourth outfielder when the team breaks camp and leaves Phoenix for the South Side.

Based on what - of the 3 he's the only one with options left

these are a bunch of square pegs for round holes
and the options issue is there. but, of the three, anderson makes the most sense because, as ozzie says, he can legitimately play all the outfield positions and he’s a righty. doesn’t make a lot of sense to go with both owens and wise. lillibridge adds some spice to this less than tasty menu but are the sox really going to go with a guy who hasn’t played center (as far as i know) since he was a freshman in college? i guess we have seen some experimentation out there with swisher and griffey and ramirez – but the ramirez try, which is probably the closest comp, got nipped pretty quickly.

I agree - just sometimes never know
If JO can repeat his spring of last year we won’t have to worry about it – then it will probably be a platoon of Wise and BA… I wouldn’t expect lillibridge out there. In fact I forgot to even consider him there. But you never know.

Let's put it this way
I would have written the headline “Ozzie Guillen Discovers Brian Anderson is Right-handed”
