Only thought I'd mention this because of fond memories of Koosman from the '83 team. I've got nothing other than sentiment to validate the fondness. I know his walk total was high that season and statistical analysis probably bears out a less than brilliant season, but I still recall him throwing some meaningful innings that year. This is lousy to hear.
