I saw the upcoming schedule against the dregs of the AL Central
This team failed on the long homestead to make hay, while damnit now is the time to make hay.
It’s stating the obvious but the team is hitting collectively right now and if they can keep it going for the next 3 or 4 series they will be entering the ASB 5-6 above .500 and in a good position to take the division.
If they can’t capitalize on the easy schedule coming up it will probably mean too much ground to overcome against the harder schedule coming home.
i really liked ozzie's line-up tonight
sure it seemed lacking behind aj, but nix to lead-off and becks above getz worked fine…not sure why ba was ahead of becks, but an everyday line-up of:

kong
aj
becks
getz
ba (L) / wise®
is fine with me for the short duration as long as becks and getz continue to produce. we need Q healthy…if he can produce something like 0.82 opsish, that could offset potential injury or slump from one of the major contributors

I don't like the dead-center camera angle.
While the journalist seems to be concerned about the intense match-up between the pitcher and the batter, I’m, personally, more interested in the ball and the plate at all times – and it doesn’t take long to learn where the ball is based on your camera angle. If more networks offered a K-zone replay then I don’t think this would really matter.

But I would love to be able to see both like they do on his videos. His second point, about pitchers’ movement being exaggerated is a pretty good one.

He certainly appeared to be rushing and he looked great when they resumed.

Saw it last weekend.
Megan Fox in a tank top running in slow mo for a good 30 minutes toward the end of the movie. It really wasnt that bad if you can get past the Michael Bay insane amounts of money spent and CG scenes.

There’s a decent chance Gordo can bypass Uncle Milty Bradley in RBI count within the next few games, with Gordo currently at 13 and MB at 17.
I’d say the Sox have gotten a pretty good ROI out of Gordo thus far, while the Cubs…eh, not so much.

What kind of comparison is that?
It’s not like the Cubs could have had Gordon Beckham, or that they chose Milton Bradley over him? Or even that Milton Bradley chose the Cubs over us. I’m sure the Cubs would have been happy to have Beckham too.
I’m all for bashing the North Side, but I don’t know what comparing the greatest player of all time to a middle of the road free agent pick up really accomplishes.
