Podsednik's return the key to great season

Star-divide

Scott Podsednik is doing it again. With all his hitting and getting on base he is opening up chances for the big boppers down the lineup. Paul Konerko and Jemnaine Dye are having big years thanks to the return of Scotty. The great  Scott is doing again just like in 2005. I think he will run and lead the Sox to another division title this year. He will be one of the main reasons for it. A leadoff hitter is the most important offensive tool for a baseball team today. Every past Sox division title had a great leadoff man.

With him and the other big three of Konerko, Dye, and Jim Thome  the White Sox offense scares all American League pitching. I fully expect the Sox to make a move and run away with this weak division just like they did in 1983. The White Sox will hopefully stay healthy and continue to get strong starting pitching as they will need it in October when they play the Angels or Red Sox. By then the big three will each have over a hundred rbis and Scott Podsednik will be a major part of that. White Sox fans need to go out to the ball park and enjoy this team. They need to enjoy another managerial year with Ozzie. They need to enjoy another playoff team.

I believe he is not f*cking with you.

I believe you are either TAEG's Dad or uncle.

Way too much wisdom for this site.

From the sound of things

the only universe where I’m older than TAEG is one where Scott Linebrink is in charge of space-time

(I’m not that young – I’ve got a kid myself – it’s just been my assumption that he’s, like, a grown-up. And stuff)

I want to see you take the lad under your wing. Nurture him as a son you never had.

You never know which acorn might grow into the mighty oak.

Go on, Father Flannigan… you know you want to.

Are you the one that calls me "creepy" every chance you get?

I consider you my greatest disappointment.

But I suspect your appearance here didn't include posts like this one.

Btw, did you know that WU used to be a priest?

nope to both of those

My first fanposts were a list of graphic novels I’d recommend (per Colin’s request) and the fantastic “Let’s ignore SSH” idea.

I remember that thread. I think I rec'd Preacher to him.

As for WU, his former priesthood explains his ‘interest’ in the young lads who frequent this side of SSS.
Though I still think this is some kind of summer school project: pick a blog, become a member, and write about the experience (or some such thing).

Leadoff hitters are important

but he is not just the key, we have to depend on all other 8 players that are on the field. But with his return, he provided us with a few wins when we didn’t have Quentin

Well, I rec'd it !!!! This shit needs to be highlighted as a beacon of welcome to SSS.

Let this place be safe haven from the drugs, shootings, and stats that exist in the outside world. At least until school starts again.

A lot wrong with this..

But my main question is this:
“Every past Sox division title had a great leadoff man.”

You do know we won the division last year right?
