that is pretty offensive. i am mexican american and am watching the game. i read this blog daily but dont comment very often. i know some stuff posted on here is offensive but we all kno its in good fun. this picture however, isnt “good fun”.
i have dual citizenship so i root for both sides. on days like today i support the land that saw me born and the side that i grew up being a fan of (mexico). but im happy to see the strides american soccer has made of late and find myself rooting for them these last few years (whenever they aren’t playing mexico).
all that said, i am a mexican and i am an american. im just as offended by this pic as i would be if it were an american flag being burned.
im not gonna tell you to go f*ck yourself, but this picture can.
