Ozzie's negative attitude not helping

When the manager keeps talking to the media about how bad this team is it only makes the situation worse in the clubhouse. I think this is the season where we are witnesing Ozzie's unprofessional attitude towards his players that may be costing the team at least a divisional title. His nagging and rants towards individual players does nothing expect anger that player and his friends on
When the manager keeps talking to the media about how bad this team is it only makes the situation worse in the clubhouse. I think this is the season where we are witnesing Ozzie's unprofessional attitude towards his players that may be costing the team at least a divisional title. His nagging and rants towards individual players does nothing expect anger that player and his friends on the ballclub. I don't know if its because he won a world championship, but Ozzie is definately managing worse this time around than in 2005. The Sox should be leading the Tigers by three or four and the reason they are not is most likely the managers fault. The Chicago White Sox will need another September miracle this time around and I don't think they will with all the negative vibes coming from the skipper. We may be seeing the beginning of the managerial end of Ozzie Guillen on the South Side.

I think Angry andy is for the most part a jackass
but i agree with the point of this article. Guillen has ranted too much and is now on mute. I would can his ass this offseason.

I've only seen Ozzie explode the last week or so.
And Angry Andy’s main point (from what I was willing to read) was that Ozzie’s rants are hurting the players’ self-esteem which in turn hurts their production. Are you concerned about our players getting emotional boo-boos?

Personally liptak i think the sox can get away with jerry owens playing either outfield spot and batting leadoff……that still leaves one outfield spot, one bullpen spot and even more so one pitcher for the starting rotation.
That will be the downfall of the sox this year. going into the year with danks and floyd is not the way to go. i dont like going into the year with one of them let alone both. I say look to rowand, andruw jones, carl crawford, miguel cabrera…you need one of them. then you also need to find a starter off the scrap heap. Freddy? Bartolo? i dont know but hopefully they will find someone.

what good does it do to keep harping about how much your team sucks
makes as much sense as the Lee Elia rant at Wrigley Field. This season was wasted and now we will locse several players from 2005 team. hopefully soon we lose Ozzie too and get somebody calm cool and collective and able to manage a team

They should trade Ozzie as long as they are going for new blood. He is not respected by the players or the other coaches.
