Speaking of beggars...

Just when and to whom did you outsource your editorial responsibilities?

larry says it was the Paks with Bangalore being a recent move after a terrorist event. I thought it began when you bought a slumdog kid to impersonate HSA during one of her hissy fits.

No, wait a few years. With over 17,000 teaching jobs gone in Illinois alone, our kids will be working as cheaply as the Asians.

And speaking/reading/writing English about the same as them.

Oh. That editor thing? You should ask the USPS to investigate. When larry sent me my keys they were delivered overnight. Yours must be lost.

“He’s liked, but he’s not well liked.”

“That’s just what I mean. Bernard can get the best marks in school, y’understand, but when he gets out in the business world, y’understand, you are goin’ to be five times ahead of him. Be liked and you’ll never want.”

Was there anything cheap about it?

I want to be encouraged, but BA was an Arizona all star too.

i liked it quite a lot

low fastball that he just ripped the hell out of

I'd rather have Rios steal 50 bases than hit 50 home runs. I want production.

Paulie's got a new stance?

looks like both he and Q! are more open this year.

also looked like he was taking one

From looking at the recent boxscores Linebrink appears to be in mid-season form

and our catchers are getting abused on the basepaths. Considering that AJ is ranked near the bottom of the AL in most defensive metrics and Flowers’ defense is considered a question, how come KW doesn’t hire a catching coach? This guy is available

are way more the pitchers fault anyway.

I think it's a combination. The catcher can call for pick off attempts whenever he wants

and MB is obviously one of the best in the game at holding runners. With Contreras gone that should help as he was awful. I tried finding some metrics quickly and came up with this somewhat old article:

http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/index.php/stealing-on-catchers-not-named-molina/

The best throwing catchers seems to be able to transfer their ability to slow down running games from team to team.

begs the question…

anyways, AJ ain’t that. Is Peavey any good at holding guys on? I can’t remember anything on that from last year. I could look it up but I’m feeling lazy.
