Peavy Surgery Declared Successful
Peavy returned to Chicago on Wednesday morning and, according to the White Sox, the injured starting pitcher had successful surgery in the afternoon at Rush University Medical Center to repair a detached latissimus dorsi muscle in his right posterior shoulder.
"Surgery could not have gone any better," Dr. Tony Romeo said in a statement. "We were very pleased with the results and are hopeful that Jake will be ready by the start of spring training 2011."

what a fucking coincidence
another doctor proclaiming the surgery a success. just once i’d like to hear a surgeon say, “jesus, i really fucked that one up, he may never be the same.”

LOL!
The greatest trick the White Sox ever pulled was convincing their fan base that "Ozzieball" ever existed.
White Sox news, Minor Leagues updates and more
I believe he is having fun again.
You will look at my bicep and you will see a 20-inch bicep and you will say "Wow, look what this training has done" - that's the obvious. The harder you work, the more you gain, there's no shortcut, and that each time you fail, that you just got to get up and try again. (Arnold Schwartzenegger)
