this was well written…there can be no doubt that kenny regrets deferring the DH decision to ozzie. foolish and reckless…
and for anyone in the fanbase who is still confused, those fools are a lost cause. they would rather change the tune than face the truth of their ignorance, bitch about how manny is a lazy clubhouse cancer than acknowledge he cane easily improve the playoff odds in the remaining month than the fan friendly worthless grinder who is the present DH.

This, but a quibble:
He writes about Dye as an option, but fails to mention that it was Dye who was insulted at the suggestion he DH instead of play the field. Other than that, solid even if old news to us.

and the math that there would be a 5 game difference if we had Thome instead of the Twins falsely assumes that the Twins would only be able to field a 0 WAR player at DH. But overall the article gets the message across.

I’d say probably 3 games. I don’t think we’re getting by with all we’ve lost from Jenks and the rest of the bullpen.
