My impression from outside the Chicago market is that Rios’ teammates, at least, seem to like him well enough.

Granted, he’d have to be a proper jackass for the players he’s on the field with to actively dislike. Is there any animosity there?

Not only does he look good in oa’s photo, above, but he wears a tuxedo well even when he’s telling off random Canadians, as he is in the video.

He’s got that Daniel Craig moodiness down pat. Can rock the evening clothes. A little work on the accent and — boom — James Bond 2020. Maybe sooner.

this is one of the reasons i have a great deal of respect for alex rios.

though it is true that he has forgotten where he came from. if one of the unwashed masses would have dared to approach someone like rios in guaynabo, a member of his “entourage” would have just shot them.
