The centerpiece of White Sox Outsider 2011 is "Ken After Ten," a retrospective of Kenny Williams' 10 years in the GM seat as framed through his first season on the job. Although he's gotten more polished over the years, the elements of his approach have remained surprisingly similar. He even used the "50 cents" line during his first day at work!

We've discussed and I've written about the events of the season in great detail here and on Sox Machine, but White Sox Outsider 2011 is written with the benefit of hindsight, and with the ability to fit events into a larger context. Bobby Jenks' eulogy is in the book, but just about everything else is brand new.
