It's almost time for the playoffs in 2015 and I come back to find myself in first place for the first time! The bad news is I need to at minimum break even, because I can't resign my second base man with negative 2 million. He would wait until this year to have an .800 OPS, so Choke Cubs Choke!
I find it necessary to repeat this: Billy Wagner has 604 saves.
When I traded for him in early 2009, he had 389. Thats 215 in under 6 years. 440 of his saves are with Houston in his career.
Lastly, I would trade all my victories in this game to get those last two games back against the Tigers. Ugh.
