Tweet of the day
In an excellent night of tweeting, i must single out the one that i thought stood above and beyond the others. i will do my best to make this a daily fanpost.
after five and a half hours, the sox had finally won the most boring game i've witnessed on a baseball diamond. the game caused a wonderful night of tweets, however, and the first official T.O.T.D goes to who else but @Nothawk.
(After a Frasor strikeout of Travis hafner) sit the f**k down, pronk. im too tired for caps.
SouthSideSox is a community driven site. As such, users are able to express their thoughts and opinions in a FanPost, such as this one, which represents the views of this particular fan, but not necessarily the entire community or SouthSideSox editors.

This idea probably doesn't merit a new fanpost every day.
I’d suggest one comment in the most current Rumpus Room containing White Sox-related twitter feeds that you recommend following.

Yes this does not need to be a daily fanpost
"Rooting for the Twins is just a roundabout way of rooting for a first-round playoff bye for the Yankees." by big_fun
just remove the word daily
and you’ve got it right.
"michael gilhaney is an example of a man that is nearly banjaxed from the principal of the atomic theory. would it astonish you to hear that he is nearly half a bicycle?" ~~ sergeant pluck
Either that, or in the recap, since it's about last night's game.

Thanks for this comment, by the way.
Usually I leave insubstantial fanposts up an hour or two, just to see if anybody feels like salvaging an interesting discussion out of it.
But it probably helps to use occasional clunkers as a reminder of how to make better use of the right rail.
