So, when I bought this new HDTV (fancy, right?) I was able to get MeTV in Saint Louis. The digital-to-analog converter box didn't pick it up before. Then I thought to myself, "Self, wouldn't it be neat if they broadcast Svengoolie on the national MeTV affiliates?" Then I looked on wikipedia and lo, it was so.
So today I was thinking to myself, "Self, wouldn't it be neat if they broadcast The U White Sox games on MeTV in Saint Louis? After all, there are no over-the-air baseball broadcasts in Saint Louis other than Fox games. Then I looked it up on wikipedia and read (of MeTV)
On January 4, 2011, MGM and Weigel Broadcasting announced plans to distribute Me-TV nationwide.[7][8] In 2011, all White Sox, Bulls, and Cubs games televised on WCIU began to be simulcast to local stations in central Illinois and Iowa through what is referred to on-air as the "WGN Sports Network." Prior to this, select Bulls games on WCIU and WGN had been simulcast to these same stations.

I am assuming that the East Saint Louis MeTV affiliate is not one of these stations (because MLB typically doesn't go in for these shenanigans), but does anyone have a list of the aforementioned Iowa and central Illinois stations? Maybe this would be useful for someone else.
