If my son was filling this out, Tyler Flowers would be number 1.
I am a sucker for ranking things. I love lists. Prime 9 is possibly the best thing on TV. Basically I love any kind of countdown. My wife refuses to watch the VH1 Greatest Songs shows with me because I will argue and complain about the placement of the song. Damn them for picking a Nirvana song as the best song of the 1990s. It still gets my goat. It also irks me that The Humpty Dance comes in at number 65. If thats not top 10 I don't know what is!
So I am going to be giving you the opportunity to have a voice in the Greatest White Sox of all time list. I'd like each of you to rank up to 20 players. They can be hitters or pitchers, from the early 1900s or on the current team. Base them off of their contributions to the White Sox.
We will do MVP voting style, where first place receives 20 points and 20th receives 1 point. Also, include your SSS user name so we can laugh and point at you if you made lousy selections.
God knows that I am aware of the fact people don't like to do homework but I am hoping we get a bunch of people to participate. After all, this is going to be the Official SSS Greatest All Time White Sox list. Take some ownership!
