As we enter Spring Training in 2026, few things stand to remain the same as in years past. The economy is down. The number of owners is down. Spirits are down. Above all, patience is down. Never before has a season approached with so many uncertainties, and only time will tell the fate of your dear old BMO.

Computer trading? No more, kind sir. Falling back to the AL and forcing the use of a DH? Certainly possible. Will the Hazy regime live on? Maybe. Who will take over if the regime falls? Any number of candidates if any, as the days of BMO seemingly draw to an aggravating and frustrating close. We will have to wait and see if a few new owners can come though and ignite a new life in to the league, or if the current owners will perish and be born anew from the ashes of one system in to its potential 3rd awakening. Here's hoping for a better, calmer, more peaceful season, as it appears this season will determine many, many things.
