Sorry for the delay fellows. I didn't realize the other one would lock before Monday.

So here we are, 2042.

In 2040 Boston ended a 35 year drought and won the World Series. They defeated Detroit who failed to defend their championship despite an impressive 109 win season. The Angels continued winning the AL West and continued to be profitable despite a $100 million pay roll. The Toronto Jays took the Wild Card proving ThreeRun can take a team full of talent to the playoffs.

In 2041 we had a National League World Series Champion. Boring. The Robojays lost a game 7 to the Phillies. Philadelphia has been to the world series 4 of the last 6 years and has won 2 so I guess we shouldn't be too upset by them doing well. Boston made it to their second ALCS in a row, they're really starting to become a juggernaut in the AL East. Detroit won their third straight AL Central title and Los Angeles took home their 5th straight AL West title and their 3rd straight first round elimination.

This year the Minnesota franchise owner sold his shares back to the league and purchased the Toronto franchise. The Kansas City franchise owner was then kidnapped by der Twain, and is now trying to rebuild their inferstructure.
