  • Marcus Semien went 1-for-4 with a walk.
  • Keenyn Walker, 0-for-4 with a walk and two strikeouts.
  • Trayce Thompson's back to hitless: 0-for-5 with a strikeout.
  • Jared Mitchell went 1-for-4 with a homer and two strikeouts.
  • Jake Peavy: 5 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K, 57 of 90 pitches for strikes.

Myrtle Beach 9, Winston-Salem 7

  • Courtney Hawkins went 1-for-5 with two strikeouts and an outfield assist.
  • Micah Johnson went 3-for-4 with a walk, which gave him the opportunity to steal two bases.
  • Joey DeMichele went 1-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout, and stole a base as well.
  • Kevan Smith, 1-for-4 with his eighth homer. He also walked once and struck out twice.
  • Rangel Ravelo went 2-for-4 with a homer (No. 4), a walk and a strikeout.
  • Myles Jaye ran into trouble early: 5 IP, 8 H, 6 R, 6 ER, 2 BB, 3 K, 3 HBP

Kannapolis 7, Greensboro 5

  • Tim Anderson went 2-for-4, and committed his 13th error.
  • Jacob May went 0-for-4 with a strikeout.
  • Jason Coats did the same, but with two strikeouts.
  • Keon Barnum went 2-for-4 with a double and his fourth homer. He also committed his sixth error.
  • Nick Basto went 2-for-4
  • Brad Goldberg's ERA remains blank: 2.2 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 4 K

Bristol 4, Johnson City 3

  • Trey Michalczewski went 0-for-3 with a walk.
  • Carl Thomore, 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base.
  • Nestor Molina is trying it again: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K in his first outing since May 28.
  • Tyler Danish: 2 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 1 K
  • Kelvis Valerio finished it: 6 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 2 K, 2 HR

Great Falls 11, Grand Junction 3

  • Adam Engel went 2-for-6, and was caught stealing.
  • Tyler Shryock went 4-for-6 with a stolen base.

DSL Padres 6, DSL White Sox 2

  • Johan Cruz went 0-for-5 with a strikeout.
  • Roger Ramos went 0-for-1 with two walks and an HBP.
  • Antonio Rodriguez went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
