The minor-league season comes to a close for most teams on Monday, and the Charlotte Knights will be closing out a stadium. Monday will be their last game in Fort Mill, S.C., as they'll open up BB&T Ballpark in downtown Charlotte next season.
Kannapolis and Winston-Salem also wrap up on Monday, while Birmingham and Great Falls have earned playoff berths in their respective leagues.
