All offseason about 4 sabermetricly inclined posters, out of the whole board, suggested that the Sox would have a dogfight for the division. These 4 posters were routinely dogged for being "pessimistic".
And yet it's these same posters that ripped the "haters" during the offseason that are now ready to call the season a wash after 5 games.
Oh well, I'll just avoid the place until a win. SSS keeps it on much more pleasent even keel.
