hey Wiz
back to golden tee.
I can't believe
Don't get it either
Is that an Anderson sighting in CF?
This slackard Brian Anderson,
And per Santo - "they've got 2 cheap singles here."
Toby shooting for 0fer spring.
But the Cubs only have 2 stolen bases.
Listening on Gameday Audio...
I love Santo and Hughes.
Say what you want
Javier pitcching like a 1.
Wow,
Giants claim infielder Jose Castillo from Marlins
This probably ends their interest in Crede.
Wow
Yep, and take note Jerry Owens-backers...
Look, spare me the martyr shit, dude. A guy who loses his house to a tornado is a victim. You ain't no victim. The Dodgers lost for a bunch of reasons. It definitely did not help them that they gave the guy with the second-worst OBP on the team the most ABs.
Nice to see Carrie Schueler get into the game

detroit signs miguel cabrera to 8-year extension
Miguel Cabrera and the Detroit Tigers reached a preliminary agreement Saturday on an eight-year, $153.3 million contract extension, a source close to Cabrera told ESPNdeportes.com on condition of anonymity.
The All-Star third baseman will undergo a physical on Monday to complete the deal, the source said.
Wow. What a great deal. I would bet Miguel would get well over $20 million per year if he went the free agent route next year. We'll see what the final deal looks like Monday.
Brian Anderson
Great defense, too. How many runners has he thrown out this spring?
Blue Jays release outfielder Reed Johnson...
It was reported Saturday, but the Blue Jays just made it official. Johnson hit .289 this spring, but it looks like Shannon Stewart beat him out of a job. He'll get claimed off waivers rather quickly.

Can he still play some CF? If so, I see the Cubs picking him up rather quickly to platoon him with Felix Pie.
He was the starting CFer in College
I knew he played with Rowand in college...
Some team will jump on him. He hits lefties hard and he can play every outfield spot. He would make a very nice bench platoon outfielder.
Granderson
It's a start...

This is probably old news
He said Ozuna will start the opener against Cleveland, but Guillen sees him as a utility man -- not an everyday player. That leaves Uribe and Alexei Ramirez, although Guillen could rotate second basemen.
"I think everybody playing second base is doing a good job so far," Guillen said.
