Juan Silverio has played only 5 professional baseball games. He has 13 RBI, including 7 tonight. He's got bizzaro splits; batting .083 with the bases empty and .778 w/ RISP. This would be a great start to a promising professional career if his listed birthdate (17) is accurate. At possibly 21, however, the fast start is considerably less impressive. We'll have to hold out on rushing to judgment on Silverio until we get more reliable info on the Wilder situation. Still, the fast start in a nearly barren farm system is worth note.
