Time for Jon Garland to get back on track. He's 3-1 with a 6.31 ERA over his last 4 starts. That's much more like the 2004 version of Garland than the new-and-improved model. He's facing off against Zack Greinke for the Royals. Greinke has been eminently hittable this season, while posting a 5.97 ERA.
The Sox have won 5 in a row, and all 7 games against the Royals this season. You'd expect tonight to be an easy victory, but it won't be. Amazingly, Garland is less of a favorite tonight(-220) than McCarthy was last night(-225).

Update [2005-6-21 16:58:25 by The Cheat]: I knew Greinke was struggling lately, but I didn't realize how bad it was. Check out his numbers in his last 4 starts
