A couple days ago, Ozzie said the relations between Sox and LaGuaira "will be fine." Well, it seems Kenny doesn't share the same opinion and the Sox aren't likely to send any players or coaches to develop their baseball skills in Venezuela in the near future:
"I will send our players to the Dominican (Republic), Mexico, Puerto Rico or the AFL (Arizona Fall League). What's all the worry about?"
