This game can't get here soon enough... but it's on the west coast. That's good news for all you Gilmore Girls fans out there, but bad news for those who like sleep.
Ozzie usually likes to give his reserves two starts in a row when they see action, but I don't think we'll see the Junior Varsity squad again tonight. Mackowiak (CF) or Cintron (SS) will get a start to give Anderson or Uribe the night off, and I'm sure we'll see Widger in the finale on Wednesday.
Joel Pinero has pitched well so far this season after a very good WBC. With the Mariners making some bizarre roster moves this week, some Mariners fans think Pinero is on the block. Though, officially, the M's say there is nothing in the works.
