The White Sox visited the Playboy mansion yesterday in their non-stop tour to cash in on their brief celebrity. Joe Cowley of the Sun-Times has a great piece that chronicles Brian Anderson's swing-and-misses in his attempts to bag himself a Playboy bunny. According to Cowley, it's not hard to see why he struck out.
[Anderson] played catch with the very tan, very blonde 20-year-old, even blazing a ball over her head, resembling the same courting methods a fourth-grader uses when he pulls on a classmate's pigtails.
It does sound like it was all in good fun, even though it does bring back memories of another Chicago first round draft pick.
