[The White Sox won't trade right-hander Freddy Garcia for just a reliever; they would want a young starting pitcher, too. They inquired about Orioles Class AAA right-hander Daniel Cabrera, whom they initially would have used in relief, but to no avail.
To me this says that Cooper has identified the problem with Cabrera's command that even Leo Mazzone couldn't fix.
