Freddy on his outing yesterday:
"I got upset because we score three runs in the first inning and they tie the game. I should have pitched better. I think [the] offense was great and the bullpen came out and got it done."
freddy was also glad that his velocity returned to the 93-m.p.h. range:
"It made me happy because my strength is getting back, and hopefully I throw hard next time. Last year I was throwing hard. I want to at least throw consistently in the low 90s. I don't want to be throwing 85 or 86."
"I want to power pitch. I don't want to throw 85. I'm not a lefty."
